Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This includes:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Limited edition items
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

The Grater Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as shipped by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.
