Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Custom, made-to-order, or limited edition items may require additional processing time.

Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination

Occasional promotional free shipping offers may be available.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

The Grater Design is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Shipping interruptions caused by weather or unforeseen events

If an issue arises, we will do our best to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review each case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
